Connecticut-based melodic/synth metalcore band Dreamwake have announced their sophomore album, The Lost Years, set for release on August 8, 2025, via UNFD. Alongside the announcement, the band has unveiled a new single, “Afterglow,” accompanied by a visually striking music video.
“Afterglow” showcases Dreamwake's signature blend of heavy metalcore riffs and atmospheric synth elements, delivering a sound that's both aggressive and melodic. The track delves into themes of introspection and emotional turbulence, reflecting the band's evolution since their debut.
