MALICE K BRINGS MELODIC ACOUSTIC BALLADS TO THE FOREFRONT WITH HIS NEW SINGLE “RADIO”

Malice K is a pleasant musical conundrum, with moody melodies being his strong suit. He is happily indescribable; I can’t quite put my finger on the unique familiarity his song “Radio” exudes, but his creative prowess proves that standing out is often the best way to go as an artist.

It’s ironic, given the song’s meaning. 

“I’m tryin’ hard to be someone else, but someone else is already taken,” he croons. 

His self-awareness asserts his potential within the indie scene. It’s a dog-eat-dog world out there, and Malice K is seemingly unafraid of any potential opponents. He has developed a sound that is so much his own that it can never be replicated.

The orchestral composition over acoustic guitars is truly breathtaking. Stripping down the song’s instrumental leaves room to take in each piece equally, realizing where the vocalist is emphasizing certain words or phrases. Overall, Malice K’s diverse musical ear will get him far, and his new song “Radio” is proof of this truth.
