TAIFA NIA TAKES US HOME IN “ALL I HAVE”

The foggy hills of the Bay Area have a way of pulling you in, and Taifa Nia leans all the way into that feeling. Inspired by San Francisco, his new single “All I Have” lands as an upbeat, psychedelic track that feels both playful and personal.

There’s a loose, rebellious spirit running through it, the kind of energy the city’s built on. Eerie synth lines drift in and out, setting a groovy, slightly off-kilter mood. The vocals feel warped in the best way, wavy, a little distant, almost like they’re bleeding through a blown-out speaker. It gives the whole track that DIY texture without losing control.

Melodically, there’s a hint of Metric’s “Black Sheep” in the DNA, that punchy, electronic edge paired with a sharp sense of attitude. The sarcasm in the delivery keeps things moving, but it never feels detached.

There’s humor in the details too, like poking at the Golden Gate Bridge’s not-so-red reality, but underneath it all is something more grounded. “All I Have” feels like a return, an artist reconnecting with a place that shaped them, and figuring out what still sticks when they get back.
