Rose Haven Motor Hotel is the brainchild of musician/producer Ben Atkinson. His indie rock project’s latest single, “Built to Rust,” is a quick yet captivating toe-tapper of a song. This laid-back guitar-centric jam feels like it was discovered in a time capsule from when Dinosaur Jr. was played on MTV, but it still sounds like a pristine 21st-century track thanks to its solid production.
