RED LIGHT ACID TEST GET DIRTY ON SEDUCTIVE NEW SINGLE “LITTLE DEATH”

Red Light Acid Test has dropped a final reminder for anyone who hasn’t been paying attention to their ascent. “Little Death” is the final single from their upcoming debut album, FRAYED, and it brings everything we’ve heard from the band so far together in one groovy, grimy package.

“Little Death” is dirty in the way a rock song should be. Deep grooves sit underneath layers of fuzzy guitar, while provocative vocals channel shades of Lou Reed and Mark Lanegan. The result is a sexy little rock banger with plenty of swagger and just enough sleaze.

Lyrically, the carpet matches the curtains. The track dives into attraction, desire and lust, along with the dangerously thin line separating them. The words are every bit as raw and alluring as the music surrounding them.

For a band still on the rise, Red Light Acid Test already carry themselves with the confidence of a much more seasoned group. There’s a little Queens of the Stone Age sexiness running through the track, but the band put enough of their own grime on it to make it theirs.

Described as a “dark-hearted song for all romantics,” “Little Death” is a fitting final preview of FRAYED.
