DIE SPITZ ANNOUNCE DEBUT ALBUM + DROP NEW VIDEO

Die Spitz, the ferocious punk rock band blending elements of grunge, metal, and alternative rock, have officially announced their debut album Something to Consume, landing September 12 via Third Man Records. Alongside the news, the band has unleashed their blistering new single “Throw Yourself to the Sword” with an equally intense music video—and it’s every bit as unhinged as fans have come to expect.
The track is a full-throttle burst of chaos: sludgy, distorted basslines, searing guitars, pummeling drums, and vocals that are pure venom. “Throw Yourself to the Sword” doesn’t ask for your attention—it kicks the door down and demands it, leaving scorched earth in its path.
Visually, the video captures the band’s signature energy in raw, stylized form. It’s loud, fast, and visceral—channeling the exact reckless abandon that’s earned Die Spitz their growing cult following across DIY shows, punk fests, and dive bar stages.
With Something to Consume, Die Spitz take their fearless sound to the next level—an unpredictable mix of punk snarl, grunge grit, and alt-metal punch that feels both throwback and future-bound. The band has carved out their space in the underground and now they’re coming for everything else.
Pre-orders for Something to Consume are live now. Buckle up.
