Prince Josh is the alias of Canadian DJ, producer, and songwriter, Josh McIntyre. Perhaps best known as the other half of electronic pop duo Prince Innocence, as well as his tenure with post-punk outfit, Little Girls, Prince Josh has a slamming new track called “Bring The Beat Back” ready to devour the interwebs. His new jam is a myriad collection of beats and samples, including reworked bits from entire songs he had previously written; all configured into a trip-hop-heavy masterpiece. It’s almost impossible to ignore the grooves on display when, as the title name suggests, Prince Josh brings the beat back as masterfully as he does here.
