THE MAINE ANNOUNCE LONG-AWAITED 2026 HEADLINE TOUR
After a huge year filled with major festival appearances at Warped Tour, Boston Calling, and When We Were Young Fest, The Maine are stepping into a brand new chapter. The band has announced their long awaited 2026 headline tour, their first proper headlining run in nearly two years, and the news has already sparked a wave of excitement among fans who have been waiting for a full tour announcement. Amen!
Kicking off on March 24 at the Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas, the tour stretches across 26 dates and brings the five piece to many of the country’s most iconic venues. Stops include Chicago, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, and of course their home turf in Phoenix. It is a wide ranging run that shows just how strong and steady their fanbase remains after nearly eighteen years together.
The Maine, made up of John O’Callaghan, Kennedy Brock, Jared Monaco, Garrett Nickelsen, and Pat Kirch, are also currently in the studio working on new music for their tenth album. The tour feels like the opening move of a much larger era, one that promises fresh material and a renewed creative spark. With nine albums already behind them and a career filled with constant reinvention, the group seems poised to build on everything they have learned while still pushing forward into somewhere new.
What makes this moment feel special is the path they have taken to get here. The Maine have cultivated a dedicated community not through viral hype or quick trends but through sincerity, consistent touring, and a catalog that fans have grown up with. From their 2008 debut Can’t Stop Won’t Stop to their own sold out 8123 Fest in Tempe, the band has always chosen to do things their own way. Their performances at festivals around the world, including Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza, have only strengthened their reputation as a vibrant and evolving rock band with something genuine to say.
The upcoming headline tour is a celebration of that history as well as a doorway into something new. Fans can expect a wide reaching setlist that spans early favorites, deeper cuts, and new songs that hint at the direction of the next album. The Maine have always been at their best when they are in a room with the people who have followed them for years, and this run promises the kind of emotional and communal atmosphere that has defined their live shows from the beginning. For anyone who has been waiting to see what The Maine will do next, the wait is finally over.
