LIGHTS! CAMERA!...INDIE ROCK BAND MOVIE STAR HAS A BRAND NEW SINGLE...ACTION!

Under a glittering New York skyline, the new year of 2020 birthed a shiny new indie band Movie Star! The bright-eyed indie rock group consists of the combined forces of vocalist/guitarist Nick Macdisi, guitarist Evan Mckenna and bassist Ben Griffin.

Their new single "I Was Fed Everything" kicks off with vivacious distorted guitars hugging an upbeat tempo, giving off a vibe reminiscent of the alt-rock band Bad Suns. The soaring riffs give you the feeling that you are about to walk out of your tiny Brooklyn apartment, ready to begin the day. Phone, wallet, keys, big dreams, and bushy tails-- nothing's gonna stop you! The lyrics take on a responsibility to prove that we are all still learning, tipping their hat to the theme we all can relate with: constantly consuming content. "Yeah you always said/ I never listened/ What I knew was nothing then/ I jumped in on every whim", leading up to the tenacious hook "I Was Fed Everything".
