Pop punk's Alexdrake returns with his second release "Peace Of Mind" featuring The Dangerous Summer's AJ Perdomo. Alexdrake's New Jersey roots ring true with an emo/pop-punk vibe. Inspired by bands like Senses Fail, and My Chemical Romance, Alexdrake introduces "Peace Of Mind" with playful chimes, soaring guitar riffs, and large drum hits inspiring you to get up off your feet and prepare yourself for an anthem you soon won't forget.
Sitting in front of the window in his Los Angeles home, the pop-punker became inspired to write "Peace Of Mind" while watching protesters march down his alleyway. "I got up and joined for the time that I could...." he says, "the song really embarks on the turmoil we deal with in everyday occurrences, [like] dealing with your boss, and societal stressors".
The feeling of empowerment is amplified with large drum hits and exciting gang vocals repeating "this is our time" soaring like an anthem.
