FINE. UNVEIL MINIMALLY-MOODY ALT-POP HIT “COLDBLOODED”
FINE. is composed of German siblings Timm, Julian, and vocalist Josephine who takes centre stage for this alternative pop and dark electronic-inspired project. The trio set to release their debut 6-track EP, Coldblooded, pushing the boundaries of their signature sound combining minimalist electronic and analog production, with Josephine’s infectious whimpering vocal style.
FINE. now release their self-titled single “Coldblooded” blending punchy guitar riffs, Billie Eilish-Esque vocals, and hard-hitting yet atmospheric electronic music production. On the new single, FINE. say "Coldblooded is a song about some toxic masculinity bringing the protagonist nothing more than ruined relationships. The chorus itself takes place in a traumatized accident situation of two human beings which stands metaphorically for the moment where it all falls apart. The character fucks it all up every single time as there is too much of his arrogance and vanity to see it coming."
The quality of the new FINE. single is outstanding with the trio well-crafting an incredibly moody alternative record. The new single's minimalistic production style blossoms throughout, beginning humbly while gradually developing into its climactic dance while abrupt conclusion.
