WINDSER DEBUTS BRAND NEW LOVE TRACK "REAL LIFE"
Singer/songwriter Jordan Topf has stepped aside from his former band Mainland to return to his roots of inner creativity, mastering his craft and setting unmapped limitations to this new endeavor he’s been seeking out. Topf has been building up quantum leaps with his newfangled solo art project Windser; stepping aside from his past group and re-imagining a whole new bona fide version as a solo artist with a brand new track “Real Life”, written two years ago with the help of Ian Scott and Mark Jackson, who’s worked with artists such as Bishop Briggs and Skylar Grey.
“Real life” was the first track that kicked off the entire project setting forth the distance between two lovers acknowledging how intimacy makes every one of us human. It’s a slow-tempo acoustic song with simple romantic lyrics that will kill you with intense intimate verses that carry throughout the song. After you listen to it you’ll want to stand next to her fire, which will shine so bright it will kill you a thousand more times. That’s real life.
“When I decided to do a solo project, it became clear to me what had been missing for so long. The creativity and limitations you find in doing things completely on your own are very freeing,” says Topf. I can’t wait to see what else this holy diver has to offer and don’t forget to listen to “Real Life” below:
