WASH PARK'S NEW VIDEO FOR "WHY DO I?" IS INDIE ROCK MEETS INDIE FILM MAGIC

Wash Park is the name of singer, songwriter, producer, and magician; Keaton Dean’s solo indie-rock project. His new single “Why Do I?” is a phenomenal slice of up-tempo indie rock goodness that feels like it might have been captured off a burned CD-R from the indie rock golden age of the early to mid-2000s. Back when The Strokes and Vampire Weekend were at the top of their game, and when pulsating kick drums and jangly guitars filled the airwaves. “Why Do I?” is easily one of the catchiest rock tunes of the year thus far, and its accompanying music video paying homage to Wes Anderson’s iconic 2012 film Moonrise Kingdom, achieves new levels of awesomeness.
