Coming straight outta Dublin, a bunch of crazy metalheads named Strangers With Guns is poised to rock your headphones off. These Irish metal aficionados conjure all sorts of vintage, albeit awesome, devil horn vibes on their new track, “Dr Smile.” The first two minutes plods along with a killer drum groove, dissonant guitar fuzz, and an eerie spoken-word type refrain. After about two minutes, the song shifts gears into wicked headbanging mode and summons the energy of Faith No More and Suicidal Tendencies mosh pits from generations past.
