The Amity Affliction brought the heat! Bodies flying from all levels! And we mean, all levels! Lights flashing, bass blasting, mosh pits brewing, and concertgoers roaring to the music. Not a body hitting the floor with security holding the show down.

Traveling far from home, Holding Absence opened the show with a bang. The floor was already shoulder to shoulder. The world-famous Wiltern was alive! Concert goers sang songs, “Aching Longing”, “Curse Me With Your Kiss”, “Like a Shadow”, “Gravity”, “Afterlife”, and “Wilt”.

The crowd was taken away while merch lines began to wrap around the building. The band went hard with jumps, kicks, and guitar spins! Dancing and grooving to their own beat. Holding Absence was greeted with an explosive welcome to Los Angeles. As the lights began to simmer, the guys in Holding Absence moved the party to their merch table. Taking the time to meet their American fans. The band comes all the way from Cardiff, Wales.

While the room began to shift, Silverstein’s crew took over the stage. Fans were ready and screaming for the band as their backdrop went up. Security doubled in size as the crowd continued to grow. Fans chanting and singing to the music playing overhead. Good vibes leading the night with everyone collectively having fun. Security taking care of concertgoers handing out water. Suddenly the overhead music stopped, and the lights turned off. Concert goers are being cued in for the moment of frontman Shane Todd running on stage. Opening the night with “Infinite”. The crowd goes wild with bodies back in the air. Playing a fifteen-song list with a twist to the show! One lucky fan was brought on stage to spin the wheel of song! Three songs were chosen for the night, “The Artist” “Already Dead” and “Broken Stars”. Concert goers were treated to a special guest, Shaolin G to sing, “Die Alone”. It was a wild-packed set.

The Amity Affliction wasted no time on this co-headliner with Silverstein. Matching their set to a packed 15 songs. Opening the night with “Coffin” off their 2020 album, ‘Everyone Loves You… Once You Leave Them’. Playing a mixed set of old and new songs. Frontman, Joel Birch spoiling the crowd and media crew with silly faces. Ahren Stringer held down the stage with clean vocals while Joel Birch jumped around leading the crowd. Concertgoers feed off of the explosive energy of the band. Songs like, “All My Friends Are Dead”, “D.I.E”, “Like Love”, “I Bring The Weather In Me” and more were played. Lead guitarist, Dan Brown playing double duty of lead guitar and acoustic guitar. Joel sharing heart felt moments with the crowd and a message to enjoy the moment we’re living in. Closing out the night with, “Deaths Hand” and an encore of, “Soak Me In Bleach”.
