America's sweetheart 16-year-old KALI has released her long-awaited single "Back To The Start". The singer-songwriter Kali Flanagan shares her debut song with a video that displays her multi-faceted talents in the up and coming indie-rock world.
Encapsulating what it’s like to be a young teenager driving around the city with her friends, she taps into the past times for those of us who can no longer call themselves 16. But that doesn't stop us from being 16 at heart.
The dream-pop artist uses lush vocals, and lyrics that are mature for the traditional 16-year-old, showing off that KALI is well beyond her years and we can all learn a little something from her. "As I got older, I started to have experiences that were much more emotional and personal, and songwriting became an actual necessity instead of something that was fun for me to do," KALI says.
