RECOLLECTION SHARE EMOTIONAL NEW SINGLE “LOVER’S QUARREL” AND ANNOUNCE DEBUT EP OUT THIS FRIDAY

Recollection is turning heads with their new single “Lover’s Quarrel,” an emotional and gripping track that sets the stage for their debut EP Vivid Dreams, out this Friday, November 7, via Pop Wig Records.

Formed by members of Haywire, Skinhead, Hammer Bros, and more, Recollection arrives with a sound that feels both seasoned and brand new. “Lover’s Quarrel” captures the band’s signature blend of vulnerability and power; heartfelt vocals, melodic guitars, and a pulse that hits like a memory you can’t shake.

The song explores the tension between affection and frustration, finding meaning in the moments where love and conflict overlap. It’s a reflection of the human experience; messy, emotional, and impossible to ignore. The band’s musicianship shines through every detail, with sharp production and lyrics that cut straight to the bone.

Vivid Dreams promises to expand on that sound, channeling the intensity of the members’ hardcore backgrounds while exploring new melodic and emotional territory. The EP feels like a bridge between the chaos of youth and the clarity that comes with reflection.

Recollection will also hit Los Angeles, CA, on December 13–14 for For The Children, bringing their mix of cathartic energy and heartfelt storytelling to one of the West Coast’s most beloved hardcore benefit shows.
