SLYJYNX UNITE DISCO AND EASY LISTENING IN NEW SINGLE “HELP MYSELF”

British Indie- pop group SLYJYNX infuse elements of disco and psychedelia in their latest single “Help Myself”. Originally formed in 2018, the new single is the band's third release exhibiting a distinctive indie-disco style with a quietly confident laid back feel.

Tackling the subject of “self-destruction within relationships”, “Help Myself” is a hazy yet danceable indie-pop record taking influence from the likes of Parcels and Unknown Mortal Orchestra. The new single is catchy and atmospheric driving strong groove, disco-toned guitar, funky bass lines, and soothing vocals.

Unfortunately, as like many, SLYJYNX’s live performances were cut short due to the pandemic having played their first headline show just prior lockdown. However, the band have now proved themselves from the comfort of their homes with three successful single releases. “Help Myself” is yet another sparkling release from the group blending multiple styles to craft an easy-listening indie-pop hit.
