Legend David Lynch has enthralled global audiences with his work since his debut film Eraserhead in 1977. This catalyst work was equally acclaimed and criticized; he did not fear pushing the envelope, instead opting to craft a surrealist signature style. Sadly, his family announced via Facebook that he has passed, leaving behind his three children.

Lynch’s work as a filmmaker was well-known, but his lesser-known endeavors as a musician should not be overlooked. He has a hand in 10 total studio albums, beginning with ‘BlueBOB’ in 2001 and ending with ‘Cellophane Memories’ (with Chrystabell) from last year.

Make it stand out

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

More than an artist, this creative genius inspired millions globally thanks to his daring willingness to try new things. It was always evident that he was having the most fun whenever he was directing or recording music. He stands at the cornerstone of music and film, reminding all of us that the two art forms intersect beautifully.

Our hearts go out to the Lynch family and anyone his art has ever inspired.

He was 78 years old.
