RUN AWAY WITH THE JOBS' THIRD SINGLE "LA SERENA"

Highschool rivals Trevor Meyer and Thomas Heun decided to lay down their differences, combine their talents, and began writing together in college, creating their group The Jobs. The Jobs' musical influence stems from surf, punk, and emo with music rooted in pop sensibility dug deep into the world of bedroom pop and a layer of guitar fuzz covering your ears. Paying homage to early 90's British rock, their third single "La Serena" points to a cycle of self-reflection, escape, and the brutal realization of pain. "It's an oscillating continuum that leaves the listener wavering between cynicism and optimism," says the band.
