NO CURE SHARE DEVASTATING NEW SINGLE “SLOWLY TURNING BLUE” AHEAD OF DEBUT ALBUM

Alabama metallic hardcore outfit No Cure continues building anticipation for their upcoming debut full-length with the release of their crushing new single, “Slowly Turning Blue.”

The track arrives alongside an official music video and serves as another preview of the band's highly anticipated debut album, It Is Going to Get Dark, due out July 10 via Sharptone Records.

Since emerging as one of the most exciting names in modern hardcore, No Cure has earned a reputation for blending metallic aggression, punishing breakdowns, and uncompromising intensity into a sound that feels both familiar and uniquely their own. “Slowly Turning Blue” continues that tradition, delivering a relentless barrage of riffs, breakdowns, and raw emotion that showcases the band's ability to balance brutality with purpose.

From the opening moments, the song wastes no time establishing its tone. Crushing guitars collide with thunderous drums and vicious vocals, creating an atmosphere that feels suffocating in all the right ways. While the band's hardcore roots remain firmly intact, “Slowly Turning Blue” also demonstrates a growing sense of dynamics and songwriting maturity, hinting at the larger scope of what fans can expect from It Is Going to Get Dark.

The accompanying music video amplifies the track's bleak emotional weight, providing a fitting visual counterpart to the song's themes. Dark, intense, and unapologetically heavy, the video captures the same urgency that has helped No Cure become one of the most talked-about bands in underground heavy music.

As July 10 approaches, It Is Going to Get Dark is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated hardcore releases of the summer. If “Slowly Turning Blue” is any indication, No Cure is preparing to deliver a debut album that is every bit as punishing as its title suggests.

Watch the video for “Slowly Turning Blue” now and prepare for It Is Going to Get Dark when it arrives July 10 via Sharptone Records.
