ITAMAR UNVEILS DEBUT SINGLE "ONE TO FIVE"
Israeli-born Itamar is kicking off 2021 with his first recorded offering as a singer/songwriter. His solo career follows five years of him contributing as a virtuosic saxophonist playing with O Mer performing in accredited Brooklyn venues and supporting acts such as Altin Gün and altopalo.
Itamar’s debut single “One to five” is a groovy piece on drowsy indie-pop driving disco-like rhythms, witty lyricism, and pulsating synthesizers similar to that of the synth-pop sound of Cuco. According to Itamar, his new single “presents the America found when he moved here from Israel in 2012 ”.
Itamar’s original pursuit of a jazz career has led him to the Brooklyn indie scene which has already found him opening for indie giant Darian Thomas (Moses Sumney). “One to Five” is Itamar’s first step into the recorded indie-pop world which will be closely followed by subsequent single releases and his debut EP Tomorrow Was Today out on the 5th March 2021.
