HONEYSUCKER’S SOULFUL SMASH HIT "OVER & OVER" WILL BE ON REPEAT ALL DAY LONG

Honeysucker is immediately captivating with soulful 70s energy that has a modern twist to it. ‘Soul punk’ music is often severely underrated, and it’s about time more artists send some love to the genre. Their groovy song “Over & Over” is meant to be heard over & over, left on a loop until it’s stuck in your head.

The group’s influences are palpable; The Beatles are everpresent, but there are more sonic nods to the likes of Prince, especially in the vocal stylings and amazing bass line. Songs like ‘Over & Over’ are a true reminder of what good bass lines can do for a single. 

We should be encouraging more artists to make longer songs. This song sits at around 4 minutes long, and every second is a treat. There is even a bridge–a real bridge–that ties the whole thing together with a nice little bow on top.
