HELENOR CONJURES LOFI ROCK MAGIC ON "BAD2"

Brooklyn-based visual artist turned indie rock mastermind Helenor shares their latest glimpse into a world of sparkling melancholy and early 2000s nostalgia on the new offering “Bad2“. Lifted as the second single off of much-awaited sophomore LP, ‘A public place’ the guitar-driven track is a dreamy haze of lo-fi angst paired with Helenor’s genius manipulation of turn-of-the-millennium rock sounds to create something that could have been cut straight from a cult classic American coming of age film.

On the inspiration behind making the track they share:

“This is a soundtrack for pretending you have the ability to be present when it's obvious that ship has sailed.”
