GROOVE IS ON WITH MATT MOODY’S NEW TRACK “DEVIL AND THE DENIM DOVE”

A newly released track by Matt Moody X Seacoast titled “Devil and the Denim Dove” has arrived! It’s a feel-good song about letting go but also leaving the door open for the chance for a return to what felt good.

“I'mma leave the window open I'mma kick the door for you.”

The track is a mix of lo-fi with an indie feel as the guitar and drums share the track with 80s synths and melancholic vocals. The inspiration for this record was said to be from the love the artists feel towards analog gear and records from the 60s and 70s. 

The lyrics that stuck out the most within the track have to be the opening verse describing the love interest.

“Wish you well, lilac on your nails, artsy with an attitude” (Possibly every girl living in Los Angeles wrapped into one description.)
