The Canadian singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist known as GRAE, crafts some of the most beautifully haunting alt-pop around. Her new single, “Like You,” and its accompanying music video is all but guaranteed to hit ya where it hurts…your feelings. This pink-haired songstress flails about inside an empty apartment as the golden hour sun and her low-fi song, exploring the pains of self-loathing and anxiety, fills the environment around her. Visually stunning, sonically catchy, thematically; kind of a bummer, but anyway you slice it, GRAE’S new jam “Like You” is one hundred percent captivating.
