LA-born and raised artist Gabrielle Current returns with her first track of the year “Down the Line” infusing jazz, R&B, and pop melodies to craft a moody and slickly-produced new single.

The combination of the lo-fi melancholic piano, R&B groove and Gabrielle’s silky vocal tone crafts a truly smooth and soul-soothing production. In lyricism, the young singer reflects on her prior romanticism and how letting go has helped her evolve to grow more independent humming “I’m satisfied with being on my own”.

The 24-year-old artist impressed with her singles “Plenty” and “Undercover” and her latest release is her most mature to date, setting herself as an artist to watch in 2021. Current has previously worked with notable producers including the grammy-award winning FINNEAS, Mark Pelli (Sabrina Claudio, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez), Charlie Perry (Jorja Smith, BTS) and Austin Brown (Hablot Brown) who she is in collaboration with for her forthcoming debut EP.
