South London's Play Dead is punk music at its finest. Their newest single "Six Hours Later" has a backstory that sounds like a joke, but is very much real. Legend says: "'Six Hours Later' recounts a story of a friend of the band who came into contact with some ADHD pills. He felt it was in everyone's best interests to take all of them. He waited a while and nothing happened so they decided to go home. Six hours later and in bed, he started to get the overwhelming feeling that he was going to die", says the band. "He had overdosed, he was dying and he had school in the morning". They continue, "The next day he found a 10-minute video of him telling friends, including the band, that he had accepted defeat and this was the end".

We're glad he's still tick'n.
